About shipping

• All items are eligible for free shipping!

• We can deliver to 129 countries and regions around the world, but due to transportation restrictions of the cooperative logistics company, the following areas are temporarily unable to deliver: Cuba, Iran, Sudan, Iraq and Syria as well as islands or remote areas affiliated with each country  .
• Total time taken: Processing time (3-4 business days) + International shipping time (5-20 business days)depends on which region the goods are sent to.
• Most regions can complete shipping 5-8 business days. For instance: USA、UK, etc)
• Delays caused by holidays, weekends, or other force majeure factors are not counted.
• Some countries have longer deadlines due to customs and other reasons: for example Sweden and South America etc. require 25-30 business days, or even longer.

PS: Processing time: Due to the fact that most of our products originate from Tibet, where international logistics is not very developed, they need to be shipped to Guangzhou for unified quality inspection and packaging.

Regarding Returns:

• Dear friends, products that are truly from the Tibetan area and have been blessed are usually not returned randomly. And after many years if they don’t need them anymore or want to exchange, they will return these items to the local temple or pass them on to others who need them, which is a karmic cycle in their view.
• We sincerely hope you get the best satisfaction, although these products have been blessed by monks full of spirituality are generally not refundable. if do need to return an item, please ensure to send us an email requesting the return within 5 days of receiving the product.
• All products are carefully inspected by quality control personnel before shipment, and photos of the items will be sent to your email. However, if any damage occurs during transit, please contact our customer service immediately upon receipt of the goods to arrange for a return or exchange.
• Returned items must be in their original condition, with all original packaging and undamaged during transportation. Failure to meet these conditions may result in the return of your items.
• Customized products are not eligible for returns as they are difficult to resell.

Return Costs:

• Buyers are responsible for the return shipping and insurance fees to ensure the safe return of the items. Please note that initial shipping fees will not be refunded.
• Returns due to damage caused by our shipping will be paid by sacredtibet team.
  

Regarding Refunds:

• Please send your return request email to sacred.tibet.daniel@gmail.com. Once your return is approved, we will promptly respond to your email and initiate the return process.
• You can expect to receive your refund via the original payment method within approximately 14 business days after we receive the returned items. (Any international duties and taxes are non-refundable.)
