FAQs

1. Why is it recommended to consult customer service before purchasing old or valuable items?

  • We also sell products in offline stores in Tibet. Please note that we have limited stock of most of our locally collected old items in Tibet. They may have been sold offline but have not yet been removed from our online platform. Therefore, please be sure to consult our customer service before purchasing. We promise to respond promptly during business hours. If you leave a message outside business hours, we will respond to you as soon as possible.

2. How do you ship the products? Are they expedited shipping?

  • Our packages are shipped via expedited shipping, which are fast and secure deliveries.

3. Are all your products purely handmade?

  • Most of our products are 100% authentic and handmade.(For non-handmade items will be clearly labeled.) We work with many local Tibetan craftsmen to find market opportunities for their works. They have very strong handicraft skills and have been involved in the production of traditional items for generations. Our goal is to allow people who love Tibetan culture and collectibles to buy authentic products from Tibet, and for local craftsmen to receive their due compensation.

4. What should I do if I don’t find the item I like?

  • For some products, such as thangkas, we can provide customized services. However, since customized products cannot be returned or exchanged and are time-consuming and energy-consuming, a deposit of 20% of the total price of the product is required to reduce the risk of investment by artists. Provide us with your detailed requirements and we will fully communicate and discuss your specimens. Once you are satisfied with your requirements, we will proceed with completing your custom order.
  • We have a lot of items and there is no way to put them all on the shelves. You can leave a message with your needs and we will send suitable products to you for reference.

5. Why do some products have scratches, cracks and other “defects”?

  • Many of our products are ancient Tibetan artifacts. The markings on these items are not damages but rather unique traces formed over time through weathering and patina, adding to their collectible value and spiritual significance.

6. About packaging:

  • As mentioned above, many of our products are collected from Tibetans. We will try our best to send these items to you by express delivery while maintaining their original condition. Therefore, there are many inconsistent packaging of items. For products that originally do not include packaging, we will strive to package them beautifully while ensuring product protection to the best of our ability.
  • Thangkas and Mural are usually packaged in scroll form, and the packaging is very safe and reliable.  Due to logistics constraints and transportation risks, we typically do not provide framing. We recommend purchasing suitable frames locally. If do require framing, you can try to contact customer service for assistance.
7. How can i check the logistics status of my order?
  • Once we’ve processed your order and shipped it, you’ll receive an email with the tracking number and the corresponding tracking website link.

8. What should i do if my order cannot be shipped?
  • If, for example, your address is inaccessible for delivery or due to other uncontrollable circumstances, we will refund your payment in full.
