Return & Refund Policy

Return window

• Please email service@sacred-tibet.com within 14 days of delivery if you wish to return an eligible item.
• Wait for return instructions before sending the item. The return address will be provided by customer service.

Return condition

• Items must be unworn, unused, and returned in their original condition with the original packaging, accessories, and promotional gifts.
• Customized or clearly personalized products are not eligible for change-of-mind returns, unless they arrive damaged, defective, or materially different from the order.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

• Contact us as soon as possible and include the order number plus clear photos or video of the item and packaging.
• If the item is confirmed damaged, defective, or incorrect, Sacred Tibet will arrange an appropriate replacement, refund, or return-cost solution.

Return costs

• For eligible change-of-mind returns, customers are normally responsible for return shipping and any related carrier or customs charges.
• Original shipping charges and international duties or taxes are not normally refundable unless required by applicable law.

Refund timing

• Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and checked, usually within 7 business days. Your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time.

This policy does not limit any mandatory consumer rights that apply in the customer’s country or region.
