Refund ＆ Shipping Policy
Regarding Returns:
- Our products are imbued with spirituality, hence we generally discourage returns.
- If do need to return an item, please ensure to send us an email requesting the return within 72 hours of receiving the product.
- Returned items must be in their original condition, with all original packaging and tags intact, and undamaged during transportation. Failure to meet these conditions may result in the return of your items.
- Customized products are not eligible for returns as they are difficult to resell.
Return Costs:
- Buyers are responsible for the return shipping and insurance fees to ensure the safe return of the items. Please note that initial shipping fees will not be refunded.
Regarding Refunds:
- Please send your return request email to sacred.tibet.daniel@gmail.com. Once your return is approved, we will promptly respond to your email and initiate the return process.
- You can expect to receive your refund via the original payment method within approximately 14 business days after we receive the returned items. (Any international duties and taxes are non-refundable.)
About shipping
- All items are eligible for free shipping！
- We can deliver to 129 countries and regions around the world, but due to transportation restrictions of the cooperative logistics company, the following areas are temporarily unable to deliver: islands or remote areas affiliated with each country; as well as Cuba, Iran, Sudan, Iraq and Syria.
- Total time taken: Processing time (3-4 business days) + International shipping time (5-20 business days)depends on which region the goods are sent to(Most regions can complete shipping 5-10 business days. For instance: USA、UK, etc)
- Delays caused by holidays, weekends, or other force majeure factors are not counted.
- Some countries have longer deadlines due to customs and other reasons: for example, Russia, Sweden, and South America require 25-30 days, or even longer.
PS: Processing time: Due to the fact that most of our products originate from Tibet, where international logistics is not very developed, they need to be shipped to Guangzhou for unified quality inspection and packaging.
