• We have offline stores in Tibet where we sell simultaneously. Please note that most of our inventory of old items collected locally in Tibet is limited. They may have been sold offline but not yet removed from our online platform. Therefore, we kindly ask you to consult our customer service before purchase. We promise to respond promptly during business hours, and feel free to leave us a message after hours; we’ll get back to you as soon as we can.
• If you happen to find that a desired item is sold out, please don’t be disheartened. Get in touch with our customer service, and we’ll be happy to recommend many other great items that will soon be available online. Additionally, we offer customization for valuable products like Thangkas. Just leave your requirements in a message.
• Given the age of our old items, it’s normal for some of them to have minor flaws.

Shipping Policy:

• Enjoy free delivery on all items!
• Shipping Timeframe: Processing time (3-4 business days)  +  International shipping time (5-20 business days).(PS: Most regions can complete shipping 5-10 business days. For instance: USA、UK, etc)  Please refer to the shipping policy for more details.

Tips:

• Processing Time: Because our items are sourced from Tibet, where international logistics are less developed, they need to be transported to Guangzhou for unified quality inspection and packaging.
• Please note that there may be delays in delivery time in certain regions due to customs issues. For details, pls refer to the policy regulations in the footer.

Return Policy:

• Dear friends, products that are truly from the Tibetan area and have been blessed are usually not returned randomly. And after many years if they don’t need them anymore or want to exchange, they will return these items to the local temple or pass them on to others who need them, which is a karmic cycle in their view.
• We sincerely hope you get the best satisfaction, although these products have been blessed by monks full of spirituality are generally not refundable. if do need to return an item, please ensure to send us an email requesting the return within 5 days of receiving the product.
• Customized products are difficult to resell; therefore, they are not eligible for returns.
• Returned items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging. 

Return Shipping Fee

• The buyer is responsible for return shipping charges and insurance. Please note that the initial shipping cost will not be refunded.

• Returns due to damage caused by our shipping will be paid by sacredtibet team.
