Star and Moon Bodhi Seed Bracelet

This bracelet is made from Bodhi seed beads carved with star and moon motifs, hand-strung on durable cord. The Bodhi seeds are pale cream-colored discs with a wrinkled surface texture characteristic of Bodhi seed material. Each seed is individually carved or stamped with a small star and crescent moon motif. A sliding knot or simple toggle closure secures the bracelet.

Materials:

• Bodhi seeds: Natural Bodhi seed, cut and polished into disc-shaped beads; the star and moon motif is carved or stamped into the seed surface; pale cream to tan coloring
• Cord: Durable cord with sliding knot or toggle closure

Design Notes:

The star and moon motif is applied to the face of each Bodhi seed bead. The motif shows slight variation in placement and depth from the hand-carving process. The overall look combines the organic texture of Bodhi seeds with a simple celestial motif on each bead.

• Remove before water, perfumes, or harsh chemicals
• Wipe gently with a dry cloth
• Store in a jewelry pouch when not in use

Care Instructions

Wood and bodhi seeds respond naturally to moisture, skin oils, temperature, and regular wear. Their color and surface character may gradually deepen over time.

• Keep it dry: Remove before bathing, swimming, or prolonged exposure to moisture.
• Avoid chemicals: Keep away from perfume, lotion, alcohol, cleaning products, and essential oils unless the product description specifically says otherwise.
• Clean gently: Wipe with a clean, soft, dry cloth. Do not soak, steam, or use an ultrasonic cleaner.
• Avoid extreme conditions: Do not leave in direct sunlight, near heaters, or in very humid places, as natural materials may crack or warp.
• Store with airflow: Keep in a dry cloth pouch or box rather than an airtight container if the piece is still damp from wear.

Natural darkening and a soft patina can develop with handling and are not considered defects.
