Return Policy:
- Dear friends, products that are truly from the Tibetan area and have been blessed are usually not returned randomly. And after many years if they don’t need them anymore or want to exchange, they will return these items to the local temple or pass them on to others who need them, which is a karmic cycle in their view.
- We sincerely hope you get the best satisfaction, although these products have been blessed by monks full of spirituality are generally not refundable. if do need to return an item, please ensure to send us an email requesting the return within 5 days of receiving the product.
- Customized products are difficult to resell; therefore, they are not eligible for returns.
- Returned items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging.
